Born in 1998, Brandt grew up creating, and did nothing else but draw characters from his favorite animated shows. Devoting himself to the arts, he elected to take every art class available to him when he was in high school. During his high school career he began to transition from pencil and paper, to a digital medium. He initially bought a Wacom Bamboo Create, which gave him a taste into the digital realm. After using the faceless tablet for some time he was ready to upgrade his setup.
A laptop became a full desktop tower PC that he built himself, and the Bamboo was replaced by a Wacom Cintiq 24HD in the span of only one year. His space now equipped with the ability to record audio and video at a professional level as well as, create, design, and invent any form of media that he would set his mind to.
With these tools at his disposal, during his senior year of high school Brandt's course load consisted of three art classes. The AP Art class enabled him to create work that was well beyond even what he thought was possible. The object of the class was to create an entire year of work that revolved around one concentration. Movement in the body of characters whilst fighting, was the topic he chose. As the year progressed so did Brandt in his art and as an individual. A great amount of information has been absorbed from his teachers and peers, that continues to impact his art creating process.
Brandt as of now is beginning his studio training at the first and oldest art museum and art school in the United States, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Mastering the foundations of art forms including, Oil Painting, Printmaking, Drawing, Sculpting, and many more valuable mediums.
Simultaneously along with going to college , he pursued work in the form of creating original one of a kind comic book/pop T-Shirts that are being sold in 3 locations in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. Uncanny! Comics are gracious enough to order Brandt's shirts, as a limited edition run, inspiring him to follow his aspirations and future career.
As of the summer of 2017 he is working on new and exciting projects, one being titled the art director and creating the concept work for a story called Symbiotic that will be uploaded to kickstarter in the near future. As well as other undisclosed projects.
Soon he will also be selling his shirts directly from this site.
